EU online dispute resolution (Verbraucherstreitbeilegung)
The European Commission provides an online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Confidly's products are sold business-to-business and are not directed at consumers. We are not obliged to and do not participate in alternative dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (Verbraucherschlichtungs- stelle) within the meaning of §36 VSBG.
Liability for content (Haftung für Inhalte)
As a service provider, Confidly OÜ is responsible for its own content on confidly.eu and connected properties under §7(1) TMG. Under §§8 to 10 TMG we are not obliged to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information or to investigate circumstances that indicate unlawful activity. Obligations to remove or block the use of information under general laws remain unaffected. Liability is only possible from the time we become aware of a specific infringement; on becoming aware, we remove the relevant content promptly.

Our site contains links to external third-party websites the content of which we cannot control. We accept no responsibility for the content of linked external sites. At the time of linking the sites were checked for possible legal violations and no unlawful content was apparent.
