Pricing FAQ

What counts as an 'employee' for pricing?
The total headcount at your organisation, including part-time staff. Reporters are not counted; they do not need accounts. If you have 320 employees, you are on the Pro plan.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. The 14-day free trial includes full Pro features and requires no credit card. After the trial you pick a plan or your channel pauses. Confidly never auto-charges.
Do you bill in EUR?
Yes. All prices are in EUR plus VAT. VAT is reverse-charged for EU B2B customers with a valid VAT ID. Annual billing saves roughly 17 percent (two months free).
Can we switch plans?
Yes, at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
What if we have more than 2,000 employees?
Email [email protected] and we will quote an enterprise plan with whatever you need: on-prem, custom integrations, or dedicated infrastructure.
Is there an annual discount?
Yes. Pay for 10 months upfront and get 12 months, a saving of roughly 17 percent. You can pick monthly or annual billing at checkout.
