If you have 50 or more employees in any EU or EEA country, you are legally required to maintain a whistleblowing channel under EU Directive 2019/1937 and your country's transposing law. Fines run from €20,000 to €1,000,000 depending on jurisdiction.
Do reporters really stay anonymous?
Yes. We do not ask for email or name, do not log IP, and do not fingerprint. Reporters get a server-issued case code and a 6-digit secret they choose. The secret is hashed with bcrypt. Only those two pieces of information let them re-enter the chat.
